Head Of The High Prosecutor’s Office Of East Java Attends The Palt National Conference XXXI As A Resource Person

East Java High Prosecutor, Dr. Mia Amiati, SH, MH, CMA, CSSL on Thursday, September 26, 2024 attended the Pre-National Conference & Asian Law Students’ Association (ALSA) Leadership Training (PALT) National Conference XXXI with the theme: “Harmonization of ESG and Environmental Law Regulations in the Energy Sector for Sustainable Development” as Key Note Speaker.

The speakers were:
1. Dr. Ajrun Karim, S.T., M.M.T. (Head of PLN East Nusa Tenggara)
2. Dr. Ir. Novrizal Tahar, IPM (Director of Waste Management, Ministry of Environment and Forestry)
3. Didik Prasetiyono (President Director of PT. SIER)
4. Prof. Dr. Suparto Wijoyo, S.H., M.Hum. (Deputy Director III of the Unair Postgraduate School)
And the Moderator was Dr. Lanny Ramli, S.H., M.Hum. (Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Airlangga University), while the participants were representatives of ALSA members from all campuses in Indonesia. This event was also attended by structural officials in the East Java High Prosecutor’s Office and the Heads of District Prosecutors throughout East Java

The Asian Law Students Association or commonly called ALSA is the largest non-political and non-profit law student organization in Asia. ALSA has a vision to become a forum for law students throughout Asia to be able to learn, share experiences and exchange ideas through various activities carried out, both at the International, National, and Local levels. So that its members can understand the ideal values ​​of law and can appreciate the differences in legal systems between one member and another.
